Dynamite sauce (or spicy mayo) is a creamy sauce with a spicy kick that is used in, or drizzled on top of, a variety of sushi rolls. I also enjoy dynamite sauce as a dipping sauce for several fried foods. This three-ingredient sauce is as easy to prepare as it is delicious!

What is Dynamite Sauce?

Dynamite sauce, or spicy mayo, is a combination of Japanese mayo (I prefer Kewpie but any brand will work), sriracha sauce, and honey. It’s most commonly used in sushi (either as a dipping sauce or drizzled over the top) but can also be used as a dipping sauce for fried foods or even used to add a kick of spice to a salad.
One of my favorite sushi rolls that uses this sauce is the dynamite roll.
