- 1 Mango
- 1/2 Lemon
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
Cut the mango into cubes and add it to the blender. I would use a riper mango as it will be sweeter and make a sweeter sauce.
Squeeze the juice from a half of a lemon into the blender and add the sugar.
Start by blending the sauce on medium-low and increase gradually if needed. Blend until the mango mixture has the consistency of a sauce. This typically takes around 30-45 seconds.
