First, slice the cherry tomatoes in half and place in a serving bowl.
Next, chop the basil leaves and sprinkle evenly over the tomatoes.
After you add the basil, lightly season the tomatoes and basil with sea salt.
Next, add the burrata cheese ball to the center of your caprese salad. You may need to move the tomatoes around a bit to make room for the burrata ball.
Once the barrata is in place, make a horizontal and vertical slice on the burrata ball and gently split it open with your knife.
Season your burrata caprese salad with another light round of sea salt and some cracked black pepper.
To finish, drizzle the salad with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
