- 1/2 cup Red miso paste
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Sake
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
Combine sugar, soy sauce, and sake into a bowl and stir until sugar is dissolved in the mixture.
Add miso paste and mix well.
Once everything is mixed, your tare is ready.
