Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Tuna 5 oz cans packed in water
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 rib Celery diced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Fresh Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Red onion diced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and Pepper To taste

Instructions

  • Start by draining the tuna. Then combine the tuna with all the other ingredients (except for the salt and pepper) in a mixing bowl.
  • Next, gently stir all the ingredients together until they are mixed well.
  • At this point I like to season with salt and pepper. Start with just a little bit, tasting frequently until you have the flavor you are looking for.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

I encourage you to tweak the ingredients to fit your tastes.  For example, if you like your tuna salad more creamy,  you may want to add another tablespoon of mayo.  I sometimes like to add a dash of cayenne to give it a little heat.  Others like to add pickle relish.  The possiblities are endless.
